      My 14-year-old son hurt his back at basketball practice, and we immediately reached out to Elevate Wellness NW to see if we could get him into the hyperbaric oxygen chamber. It was after business hours, so we knew there was probably a slim possibility. Acacia responded to me right away and was able to get our son in within the hour. She stayed open late so that he could get treatment. This is how you go above and beyond for your community and clients! We were a little skeptical, because this was the first time for this specific kind of treatment. When my son got hurt at practice he couldn't even walk without pain. He had a game the following night and knew that he probably wasn't going to be able to play. Once he was done with his 60 minutes hyperbaric oxygen treatment, in addition to red light therapy during the same time, he could not believe how much the pain level had gone down. Felt a little like a miracle. He was able to play in his game the following day almost pain free!! My son is pretty shy, and Acacia made him feel super comfortable throughout the entire treatment. Letting him know what to expect and walking him through the process. It was complete win-win for us. Great customer service as well as great medical treatment. Another plus was that Elevate Wellness was located basically next door from the High School gym! Conveniently located for sure. I highly recommend Elevate Wellness!
